The 341st Services Squadron has a variety of Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) employment opportunities. We are continually searching for qualified applicants to work in our various activities. Our positions range from recreation aids, child development program assistants, school age program assistants, food service workers, custodial workers to accountants.

LODGING CLERK
Applications for a flexible position- Lodging Clerk-NF-0303-I located at the Malmstrom Inns and Suites are now being accepted. This position will include varied day and night shifts, which may include weekends and holidays. The salary for this position will range from $6.25 to $11.67 an hour depending on experience.
An applicant must have experience in general clerical work of any kind in which the applicant has demonstrated ability to perform satisfactorily at the grade level of the position. Experience must have demonstrated the ability to resolve common arithmetic problems, and to make change when receiving payment from customers. Must be able to read, speak, and write English. Must meet state and legal age requirement for sale of alcoholic beverages. Must satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check (NAC).

Applying for Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) Employment
341st Services Squadron Human Resources Office (HRO) accepts applications for NAF employment for many positions on an on-going basis. Applications are accepted only at the HRO and may not be accepted at any Services activity. The hours of operation for the HRO are 7:30 – 11:30 am and 1 – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. The HRO is closed on all federal holidays.
An Optional Application for Federal Employment (OF 612) and Declaration for Federal Employment (OF 306) are required for employment consideration. Several positions may be included on one application. You may attach a resume to your completed application.
Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Please review the below listed requirements and ensure you have the proper documentation when you return with your application.
To claim military spouse preference, you must attach a copy of the sponsor’s PCS orders showing your name as a dependent. Spouse preference eligibility is terminated upon placement to or declination of (whichever occurs first) any Federal position (including AAFES and Civil Service), even if you do not claim it.
- Prior Military: A copy of your DD-214 (Member 4 copy) is required.
- Active Duty Military: AF Form 3902 for off-duty employment will be required upon selection for employment. This is available through your orderly room.
- Applying for child care/youth positions: In addition to any of the above, must have:
- Copy of High School Diploma or equivalent
- Identification verifying proof of age (18 years or older)
- Acknowledge of Rights and Consent to Release Records (obtained at HRO)
- Continuation for Positions Working with Children under the Age of 18 (obtained at HRO)
