Get Ready for the Triathlon!

Triathlon August 23 @ 8 am
Categories: Male, Female and Youth
Adult Event: 500 yard swim, 12 mile bike, 3 mile run
Beginners & Youth Event: 50 yard swim, 3 mile bike, 1 mile run

  • Registration begins at the base picnic August 15 and ends at 6 pm August 22. Register at the Fitness Center or print form below and bring to the Fitness Center.
  • All entrants will receive a t-shirt and water bottle
  • 3 Heart rate monitors raffled to the participants
  • Participants, friends and family members are invited to the post race party at Sun Plaza Park. Free BB-Q, Live DJ and a jump castle for the kids.

Bench press 350 lbs. for a T-shirt!

Bench Press We will judge your lift according to “The International Power Lifting Federation Technical Rules”. Contact the Fitness Center for details.

Monthly Fitness Challenge

Stopwatch Every month customers will have the opportunity to participate in a month-long fitness challenge. Each person will log their mileage/points at the front desk and whoever accumulates the most mileage/points for the month wins prizes to include:

  • Hall of Fame
    (monthly winner’s picture/name/description)
  • Workout towels
  • Water bottles
  • Gift certificates
