Welding Class
Wednesday, July 8, from 5:30 to 9 pm
Learn the fundamentals of welding, such as M.I.G. welding and plasma cutting.
Cost: $25 per person for instruction and materials.
Paint Booth Intro Class
Wednesday, July 15, from 5:30 to 9 pm
Learn to use the paint booth and paint gun; receive certification to use both.
Cost: $25 per person for instruction and materials.
Brake Service Class
Wednesday, July 22, from 5:30 to 9 pm
Learn to change brake pads, inspect the pistons, cylinders and hardware, drums and rotors.
Cost: $10/person for instruction.
The ceramics shop is equipped with hundreds of molds, paint and ceramic supplies for you to choose from. Green-ware must be paid for at time of order. $1.00 per hour fee for instruction and cleaning tools.
Jewelry Making Class
Every Tuesday and Thursday in July, from 6 to 8 pm
Learn to make beautiful jewelry, choose from necklaces, earrings or bracelets.
Cost: $10 per student for instruction, per class. Student must purchase materials, instructor will advise students on what to purchase at first class. Please no children under 14 years old.
Crocheting and Knitting Class
Every Tuesday in July, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm
Every Friday in July, from 9 to 11 am
Learning how to crochet requires little more than a few simple stitches and some practice. Soon, you’ll have the skills you need to make a soft bright baby blanket or a warm scarf.
Cost: $10 per student for instruction and materials for first class; $5 for other sessions.
Scrapbooking Class
Saturday, July 11, from 10 am to 3 pm
Learn how to make a fold up album or just spend time scrapping your favorite pictures.
Cost: $5 per person for instruction and some materials.
Pottery Wheel Class
Thursdays starting July 16, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm
This is a six-session class for beginners and advanced pottery. Participant must purchase their own clay.
Cost: $60 per student. Limited to 3 students.
Stained Glass Class
Tuesdays, July 7, 14 & 21, from 6 to 8 pm
This is a 3-session class designed for beginners. Learn to use glass cutting tools, a soldering iron and a glass grinder.
Cost: $35 per person some materials provided.
Bob Ross Painting Class (NO CLASS THIS MONTH)
Cake Decorating IV – Fondant
Thursdays, July 2, 9, 23 & 30, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm
This is a four-week class designed for each decorating class. Class I starts with the basics, tools, butter crème frosting and how to fill and frost cakes. Class II provides you with the techniques for flowers, borders, color flow and basket weave designs. Class III is more borders, flowers and tier cakes and a little look into fondant along with string work. Class IV is fondant and gum paste flowers.
Cost: $20 per student plus material

The wood shop is stocked with a variety of woodworking equipment to suit any of your project needs. The following classes are for ages 16 and up.
Beginning Woodworking
Tuesday and Thursday, July 7 & 9, from 6 to 8:30 pm
Learn to make a shelf in this two-evening class. A choice of two shelves is available – a country shelf and a bathroom shelf.
Cost: $10 per person, plus materials.
Intermediate Woodworking
Tuesdays and Thursdays, July 21, 23, 28 & 30, from 6 to 8:30 pm
Learn more advanced patterns, such as a flower box or an Adirondack chair in this four-evening class.
Cost: $25 per person, plus materials.
Our custom framing presentation and mounting of posters, shadowboxes, stitchery, and photographs meet the demands of professionals.
Basic Framing
Every Tuesday and Thursday in July, from 6 to 8:30 pm (2-night class)
Learn to cut a double matt, cut glass and a wooden frame to size, pick matting colors, and measure pictures.
Cost: $25 plus materials. (Talk to Heather)
Do-It-Yourself Framing
Shop use fee is $2 an hour. Shop users must have a current qualification card to use the equipment.
Home School Ceramics and Crafts Class
